Start of School Basic Info:

Pick up pre-ordered SUPREME SENIOR t-shirts from Mrs. Dixon in room 2.132. On Monday, September 9 extra t-shirts can start being purchased for $15 from Mrs. Dixon!
Off-Campus Lunch Pass Request 11th and 12th Graders only  Go to: portageps.org/nhs/information/forms to print the Lunch Permit form  Print the “Lunch Permit Pass” form.  Bring the completed form, including parent signature, to school on September 4.  Students will NOT get their actual Lunch Pass until the Grade Office has contacted a parent to verify that permission is given for your child to leave campus for lunch.  Passes are $5 and good for one Marking Period at a time.
Parking Pass Request for students who will be driving to school  Go to portageps.org/nhs/information/forms to print the “STUDENT PARKING PERMIT” form.  Bring the completed and signed form, Student ID, driver’s license, vehicle registration and $20 to obtain the annual Parking Pass. All student book fines and fees must be paid in order for your student to receive a student parking permit or off-campus lunch permit pass. Letters will be sent prior to opening day if a student has any outstanding fees/fines.
Athletic/Activity Passes Both the Student Activity Pass and the Family Punch Pass are good at all home events except MHSAA tournaments and all hockey games. Please note no checks will be accepted for athletic passes. CASH ONLY!!! Student Activity Pass: Passes purchased Aug 20 thru Sept 7 will be $35. After Sept 7, the price is $45. Family Punch Pass: Family punch passes are as follows: 20-punch is $65, 10-punch is $35.  Yearbook Order Student can place their yearbook order

FROM THE MARCH 2019 HUSKY TRACKS:

Transcripts All transcript requests for colleges (mid-year reports and final reports) must be requested via Parchment.com. All students must be responsible for logging on to their Parchment account and requesting an electronic transcript. Counselors uploaded the Secondary School Report for all students on the Common Application at the end of Semester 1.

DECEMBER 2019: SENIORS Last chance to make sure your diploma will be printed correctly... it must match your birth certificate so be sure to check with your senior English teacher, check the print out on the 2nd floor bulletin board outside the counseling office or the first floor office window. If you need a correction, go to the MAIN OFFICE. PARENTS ask your student if they have done this SO THEIR DIPLOMA IS SPELLED CORRECTLY: First, Middle, Last name.

DEADLINE to pay any outstanding debts, fines/ fees, as well as charges for lost or damaged books and materials. Students with outstanding charges will NOT have the privilege to participate in the graduation ceremony on May 30th and will not receive a diploma until all debt is paid. Students will be notified by mail if payment is due. Contact Sara Fern, 323-5562, or the 1st floor office, to make payment.

10:30 pm, bus behind Miller, Graduation Night, Friday, May 29: PNP Compass Grad Bash is a parent-chaperoned, parent-sponsored, all night post-graduation party held immediately following our Graduation ceremony, this year.
