Economics Final Exam Info

  • EXAM DIRECTIONS: 100 multiple-choice questions. 5 short answer essays from ~15 choices. NO EXTRA CREDIT.
  • You may make 1 3*5 inch note card front & back HANDWRITTEN in your own handwriting to use on the exam.
  • EXAM REVIEW DIRECTIONS: Complete at least 3 items from each chapter using the ONLINE TEXTBOOK (NOT GOOGLE!). Ask your neighbors, use your notes, and ask the teacher for help! Be sure to title each with the chapter number, number & letter what you answer, and reflect questions in full sentences or title lists. Yes, you may complete more than 3 from each chapter. Print this as cover page to hand write or type and submit on Google Classroom. THIS IS DUE ON EXAM DAY!
  • Start this review WELL BEFORE the due date. Check out a textbook WELL BEFORE the due date because I do not have enough for every student. DO NOT USE GOOGLE for the definitions. Use your learning targets you have completed to help you do this review.
  • You may create a 3 inch*5 inch note card IN YOUR OWN HANDWRITING, not typed, not in anyone else's handwriting. This is a NOTE CARD, not a cut or ripped 3*5 sheet of paper. Take the time to create this BEFORE the day of the exam, thus no ripped/cut sheet of paper.
  • You may create a crossword puzzle with 25 of the review sheet terms/ideas/phrases for extra credit WITH an answer key and turn them both in - printing out 2 copies of both (one for you, and one for Dixon) and turn in by the Friday before the exam. Armored Penguin is a great site for this.
  • Study suggestions - write out the answers to the review sheet (see above for required); use quizlet to find Econ Alive! review terms; review with a partner or group - reviewing aloud and teaching another person TREMENDOUSLY helps you; after we play our review games their links will be posted on GoogleClassroom (check there & your email) and on Kahoot so play those and have fun!
