The Process

1. Stage One: Colleagues to submit their nomination forms by 5pm on Friday 10th October.

Individual colleagues and teams to submit their nomination forms, via this site, for consideration by the panel.

Stage Two: Internal panel meet to consider nominations

An internal panel will consider all nominations. Three individual applications for National Teaching Fellowships and one CATE application will be selected.

Stage Three: Nominees notified on the outcome of their submissions

All those who have been nominated will be notified as to whether they are successful and receive feedback. Line managers of successful nominations will also be notified.

Stage Four: Initial meeting with mentor

Successful applicants will be assigned a mentor and structure meetings and drafts reviews prior to submission.

Stage Five: Complete written submission and gain feedback on drafts

Stage Six:  Submit final version to the University which is then formally submitted to AdvanceHE in March 2026
