The session will discuss the module and assessment design process, including outside influencers such as forensic service providers and constabularies, as well as student input. The focus will be on the assessment for life approach, giving a wide variety of assessment, intrinsically linked to seminars for engagement but also employment skills. The development of the scenario and use of Articulate as a learning tool, from which assessment has come from the output, will be presented.
The aims of the session are to:
Explain the benefits the module planning process including storyboarding and professional input
Demonstrate the use of Articulate in the students learning and assessment - Mary W to show how Articulate is embedded in the module so it is is a scaffolded resource in students’ learning journey
Describe the assessment planning and delivery approach, with resulting student feedback
