Submission of Paper & Registration:

The full-length papers written in IEEE Proceeding format with a limit of maximum of seven A-4 pages shall be submitted to etmdr2023@poornima.edu.in/by easychair link. The papers must not have been published, accepted for publication, or presently be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All the papers submitted to the conference will be reviewed by the experts in relevant areas and the accepted papers will be published in conference proceeding with ISBN.

All the accepted papers need to be registered by at least one of the author(s) by paying ₹1500/- for the Indian Author and $50 for Overseas Author in order to make a presentation in the conference and for publication in the proceeding. The registration may be confirmed on the receipt of duly signed registration form along with the Demand Draft for registration fees in favour of "Poornima University", payable at Jaipur. The fee can also be transferred to the Conference account through NEFT/RTGS. The account details will be provided on request/ after acceptance of the paper.

Publications:

Selected papers will be sent for publication in Scopus/UGC Care Journal and will be published on the terms and conditions of the respective journal. The cost of publication shall be borne by the author's seperately.
