The purpose of this project was to learn and know more about street art. During the week, we’ve investigated, and we have learned many things that have made us able to make this project. We’ve been doing research through the internet, but we’ve had the opportunity to interview an actual urban artist, Enric Lucas. This helped us to understand better the concept of street art, the styles, and also some of the most important artists of all time. To investigate how citizens perceive street art, we’ve done a questionnaire with multiple people of different ages to know different opinions. The results are clear: when graffiti is done neatly and cleanly, people believe that it is not vandalism. Otherwise, when it doesn’t show a clear idea, people think that it is not art, just disorganized doodles around a wall. But we believe that street art is not vandalism, in any form, because it's a way of expression.
