Our students have had a wonderful beginning in drama class. It began by diving into the world of storytelling through movement and voice. Imagination took center stage as they celebrated teamwork through cooperation. They have begun to practice the skill of “projecting”their voice in order to be heard on stage.
October has been an exciting month with our Halloween Unit and thrilling spooky themed activities. The students practiced how to use their voices to become ghosts, vampires and various creepy creatures.
This November, the students have celebrated Native American Heritage by writing stories using Native American symbols. They have also explored the lyrics of Colors of the Wind for our song interpretation unit.
