Polo Community High School requires 10 community service hours per year to graduate. Please review the volunteer opportunities below. Hours are logged by turning in THIS FORM to the PCHS office. The form is also available in the student resource center outside the office.
Students needing to submit non-calendar hours to Sauk's Impact Program can access the form HERE or grab a copy of the form in the student resource center outside the office. This form needs to be uploaded to the student's Sauk Impact Program account for the hours to count.
Students may use their hours towards their PCHS requirements and the Impact Program requirements, but they will need to get both forms completed and turned in to the correct places.
