About Me
Hello, I am Ms. Zamudio! I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/Special Education in 2019 and my Master's degree in Elementary Education in 2024 from the University of West Georgia. I completed my Reading Endorsement in 2023. I have been with Polk School District since 2020. I taught Pre-K at Tallatoona Headstart for half a school year and was a Special Education paraprofessional for one year before starting the Exceptional Students teaching position. Within the six years I have been at Eastside, I have taught Reading and Math in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.Â
Students can learn in an environment that is safe, positive, and caring. While learning is different for everyone, identifying how each student learns best can lead to success, even for those who struggle. Every day is a joy for me to teach at Eastside!
I am originally from Grand Island, NE, but have lived in Cedartown, GA, for the last 18 years. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, playing games, organizing, watching crime shows, baking, drawing, and trying out new restaurants to eat at.
I look forward to another great year at EES!
