Platform
Google Meet will be used for online video conferencing
Technical Requirement
Stable internet + backup (e.g., hotspot)
Good microphone and webcam
Well-lit setup
Practice screen share, chat, mute/unmute
Minimize Distractions:
Use headphones with mic
Mute phone and notifications
WRITING GUIDELINES AND SUBMISSION PROCESS
Step 1: Abstract Submission
Authors are required to submit an abstract through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) platform [Insert Link] using the official Abstract Template.
Step 2: Abstract Acceptance
A Notification of Acceptance will be sent to authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation.
Step 3: Extended Abstract (Full Paper) Submission
Authors with accepted abstracts must submit a full paper in the form of an Extended Abstract (maximum 6 pages) using the official Extended Abstract Template.
Writing Requirements
All submissions must be written in English.
The Extended Abstract must not exceed 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official conference templates.
A confirmation notification will be sent once the submission is successfully received through CMT.
Similarity & Payment Requirements
The following documents MUST be uploaded during the Extended Abstract submission:
Similarity Index Report (Turnitin or equivalent) with a similarity score not exceeding 30%.
Proof of Payment / Payment Receipt.
Both documents must be uploaded together with the Extended Abstract via the CMT platform to ensure the manuscript is original and the registration process is complete.

Authors must first submit an ABSTRACT. Only authors whose abstracts are ACCEPTED will be invited to submit the EXTENDED ABSTRACT (Full Paper).

Who Can Participate
Open to all Polytechnic and Community College students
Teams of 3–5 participants (including supervisor)
Face-to-face event at Politeknik Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, 2 – 4 August 2026
Submission Requirements
Each entry must include:
1 Abstract (submitted during registration)
1 Innovation Report
1 A1-sized Innovation Poster (hard copy to be brought on the event day)

Accepted innovation reports will be published in the iFAMB@SEN 2026 e-proceedings

Who Can Join?
Open to all POLYCC students
Participation is in groups of 3 students + 1 mentor lecturer
Participation Requirements
Each institution must submit at least one (1) entry
Registration Fee : RM100.00 (POLYCC)
Cleanliness deposit : RM50.00 (to be collected during registration)
All participants and mentors must attend all scheduled programs
Competition Categories

Awarded to the participant/group with the highest total sales
2. Best Showcase
Judged based on:
Business pitching
Creativity
Booth/exhibition layout
Customer interaction
Pitch Duration : 5 minutes
Judging Date : 3 August 2026 (in-person)
Language : English or Malay
⚠️ No changes to group members allowed after registration is approved

Poster/Banner Guideline
Each group must prepare:
A printed poster/banner (Portrait, A1 size) with a stand
Props related to their product or business
Poster must include:
Product name
Participant names & institution
Problem statement
Solution / Product benefits
Product impact
Target market & potential
Images/charts/diagrams
Prizes
