How to Make a Pencil Sculpture

Lesson: Paper mache materials and ingredients are demonstrated in a short youtube tutorial. Next, cut recycled paper bags or newspapers into smaller manageable strips to wrap around cardboard armature. Cooking oil will not be necessary for this pencil sculpture because you will not be removing any original armature. Allow completed paper mache time to dry before painting. Aluminium foil could be used to create a metal strip around at top of pencil.
