Mini Golf War

Glow Golf-Roosevelt Field Mall
The reviews on Google are right! “Whatever they have going on looks like they got a nearby highschool to do a community service arts and crafts project in the mall basement.”, “A reviewer had mentioned that this place looked like a DIY project and they were spot on. The place smelled like my uncle's damp basement. There was no AC but they had fans running in some rooms but only if you like fans blowing clumps of dust in your face.” This place is hot, stinky, and they duct taped some holes together. I regret not checking the reviews before I went. The best hole was the last one when I got to put my ball in so I could leave! I didn’t even mention that it was so hot and bad in there that I skipped majority of the holes. This is the worst experience ever! At least the tickets were cheap, on Groupon you can get 1 ticket for about $4. I don’t care how cheap the tickets are I’m never going back!
TAKE THIS AS A WARNING-DON'T GO
Heartland Mini Golf
Unlike Glow Golf, I recommend you come to Heartland. Heartland is located right next to the Deer Park Tanger Outlets. Heartland has a mini golf course, golf course, and driving range. The mini golf course is really fun. It feels like you are hiking in a desert. They have a bunch of rock fixtures and wooden bridges that cross streams of water. They also have a big lake on one end of the course. The course is really soothing and connects you with nature. Heartland is my personal favorite mini golf course. Just note, if you come on a hot day it will be really hot. There is no shade on the mini golf course. The mini golf course has only one hole that is pretty hard but most of them are easy to intermediate. The one that is hard is by the lake and if you hit to hard or hit to light it will end up in the water (I did that before). Don’t worry, if that happens just run inside and ask the guy at the front desk for another ball. Heartland is perfect for all ages, I have seen toddlers and grandparents play there.
