Using this random dice roller, select 1 dice and press roll to find your first number! Find the number down the side of this "Roll a story" sheet and choose your character for your story. Then roll your dice again to find your problem and one more time to find out what your setting is!
Once you have got your character, problem and setting you can write your story! Remember to think about using lots of adjectives (WOW words) in your story to describe your character and the setting. Think about how you will introduce the problem in your story, how does it happen? e.g. if my problem was "hurts their leg" I would make sure I write about how my character was riding a bike and then fell of and that is how they hurt their leg!
Use this checklist to look over your writing once you've finished. Have you got full stops and capital letter in the right place? Does your story make sense? Do you have awesome adjectives in your story?
Illustrate your story once you have finished and send a picture of your writing to me!
