Q&A about my lease and property 

Who is responsible for cutting the grass?   Tenant

Who is responsible for pest control?  Tenant

Who is responsible for changing the air filters?  Tenant

When is rent due?   On the 1st of the month

Can I move out before my lease is over?  Not without a penalty.  The Early Termination Lease Cancellation fee of  TWO (2) Month's Rent + $500.   

Can I have a trampoline on the property?   No, Insurance does not allow it.

Can I have an above ground pool?  No

Can I make improvements to the house? Need approval.  Please go to the tenant portal and submit your request through the chat.  Then the manager will approve or not. 

Can I turn off utilties if I plan on being out of the house for a while or early move out?   NO, the utilties must stay on during the complete term of the lease.

Can I smoke or vape in the house?  No Smoking inside the house.   

Can I add a satellite to the roof of the house or attached to the side of the house?  No.  Must be installed in the yard.  (With approval only)
