Lawn Maintenance
IF your home has a lawn, then below is the expectations of the tenant.
Minimum times a lawn should be cut per year is 30.
During the summer months, the lawn and flower beds must be maintained on a weekly basis.
Weeds must be kept out of the gardens and flower beds (if on property).
Edging and trimming of grass around the property is required.
IF lawn is not maintained, the management company will hire a vendor to cut the grass and charge it back to the tenant, along with a $50 per cut admin fee.
Grass should not be more than 5 inches at any time.
Weeds between bricks and cracks in cement should be treated with week killer or some sort of poison.
Pick up debris and any trash before cutting the yard.
