If you have lost heat in cold weather conditions, first check to make sure power is on and check the pilot light at the furnace. If the main drains at the property have backed up, the first thing to do is call the City of Calgary at 3-1-1. Often there is a backup at the street level that can be dealt with by them and cannot be dealt with by a typical plumber.
If there is significant backup or flooding of water it is vital to dispatch a flood remediation company asap to avoid much larger issues if water is allowed to sit. If you have flooding, please contact our flood remediation company.

Typically the only appliance emergency is if your fridge has stopped working and food will spoil. In this event it is important to do what you can to move food to spaces where it will not ruin. It can take time to repair or replace any appliance and arrangements should be made to minimize food loss.
