My name is Nathan Jespersen and I am the owner and driving force behind Calgary Property Management Services Inc.
Calgary is my home, where I was born, where I grew up, and after years abroad where I returned to put down roots.
Property Management runs in my veins. My father ran a Property Management business. After more than 15 years working with him, learning the corners of the trade, eventually leading that company to success, I started what I am very proud of in Calgary Property Management Services Inc.
I work with a diverse and highly capable team who covers all areas from marketing properties to qualifying tenants, processing rents to providing thorough and timely financial statements, communicating quickly with clients and tenants to maintaining properties towards keeping them in good repair. We believe we offer the absolute best service in the industry and continue to adjust within market realities of our beautiful dynamic city in order to continue to do so.

Risk Reduction
The greatest fear for most landlords is unknown risk and how to handle it. What happens when a tenant doesn't pay rent? What if a tenant causes damage to the property? What if the property doesn't rent? Whether it is vacancy, non payment, or property damage, there is some risk in renting your property. How well you are protected from these risks and how well these risks are handled when they become a reality varies greatly depending on who you hire to protect your valued asset and how they operate.
One of my chief goals is to reduce risk. I put to work the tools gathered from extensive experience within the industry. Having dealt with anything imaginable and some unimaginable, I have learned how to best protect clients from risk and loss seen and unseen. I have spent 15 years refining each system and logistic so that you are set up for the greatest chance of success the industry has to offer. If despite all of our risk mitigation we find ourselves in a situation where we are dealing with non payment or damage, we know how to handle any and every possibility. I am here to protect your investment and assets!
Quick Communication
Clients have access to me, the owner, and the person invested in our partnership and joint success. You will not deal with an uninspired, unresponsive account manager who is overloaded, overworked, and underpaid. We operate best when all parties are well informed and communication is thorough and quick. This means not only communicating well with clients but with tenants also. This is the bedrock of our reputation in developing trust in all directions and sets us apart and sets us up for success. We are here to support our clients and to equip them with the information they need. We are here also to support our tenants so that they are best equipped to meet the needs of the contract and to be supported in the case of emergencies or issues.
Quality Over Quantity
Much of our industry is based on a model of volume. Larger companies thrive when they can hire an employee to manage 300+ doors. This is not what we are interested in. We are purposefully limited in size and at points will stop taking on new clients so that we can effectively manage properties, provide competent services, and feel good about what we do. We only manage non-smoking properties and don't do the slum lord thing. We are interested in partnering with respectable landlords to offer the best service possible by teaming up with highly qualified tenants and maintaining a high level of service and hands on management.
