Flight Information

FLIGHT INFORMATION (OCTOBER 17, 2025)

Thank you for your patience! We have 484 travelers going to London and placing travelers into groups and onto flights was an enormous task.

The Band Team worked very hard to build groups. There are an inordinate amount of variables involved in building groups of this size. Every effort was made to accommodate requests.

We have 16 different flight groups departing from Columbus (CMH), Cincinnati (CVG), and Cleveland (CLE).

If your flight group departs from CLE or CVG there will be round trip motor coach transfers from Pickerington to your departure airport and back to Pickerington at the end of the trip.

We will not have the schedule for bus transfers until we get closer to the departure date due to possible airline time changes. (Airlines can change flight times at any point in time.)

If your flight departs from CMH you are responsible for getting yourself and/or your child from Pickerington to CMH and back.

Please keep in mind that the flight blocks were set based on availability, flight schedules, our group size, and our itinerary needs for the arrival day.

Our priorities for placing travelers on flights were:

- Students with medical needs

- Keeping family groups together

- Evenly distributing students, chaperones and staff for proper supervision

We did our absolute best to place people on flights honoring the criteria above.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AIRLINES CAN CHANGE FLIGHT TIMES and/or AIRCRAFT AT ANY TIME. THE TRAVEL COMPANY WILL ALERT US OF CHANGES.

All group flyers will be able to bring:

• One Checked Bag

• One Carry-on-bag

• One Personal Item
