Our final product brings together all aspects of our learning through the expedition.
As a LKS2 crew, we worked together to produce a model product for the children to work towards. We grappled with making the sweets and how this would be completed in a safe and timely manner.
Sweetie Jar
Sweetie Jar
We will produce delicious, sugary sweets to fill our sweetie jar. As well as having a specially designed label for the outside, we will also decorate our jar.
Our jar will be topped with a hand printed wax cloth that can be used instead of plastic bags.
This model product has mint cream sweets inside, in all diferent shapes and colours. The fabric top was created with a handmade lino print and inks as well as by using freehand fabric pens.
