Junior High Weight Training

PVJH Weight Training

Pleasant Valley Junior High has in the past offered a weight training program for any 7th or 8th grader interested in participating. The program usually starts after spring break and continues into the first week in May. There is a cost to participate in weight training and requires that each participant have a current physical, a signed Covid form and a signed concussion form on file in the main office. These forms are available under the Athletic Forms tab on the Home Page of this website. A letter will be available below for more information in the future.
