Practices will be held in the PVJH cafe from 3:15-4:00 on game days for the squads that will be cheering. Games will end around 5:45 on Mondays & Tuesdays. Girls that stay until the end of the games will need a ride. Girls that need to use the activity buses may leave at 5 pm.
Full schedules will be handed out at the 1st practice.
Required apparel for practices: gray t-shirt or tank, navy blue shorts, white cheer shoes. Shoes must be cheer shoes and not regular sneakers for safety when stunting. If cheer shoes are not worn, the cheerleader will not be allowed to participate in stunting during practices or games.
Hair must be worn up and pulled away from the face.
