Xello - the College & Career web platform PV provides students to explore postsecondary and career options, build a portfolio and explore their skills and interests. To access the site students will go sign-in to their school gmail account, use the waffle icon and drop-down to the Xello icon (alarm clock). Students are taken directly to their account. This is the program that students will use in the Career & College Seminar.
Iowa Intermediary - The Iowa Intermediary works with Ms. Johnson and school staff to provide WBL opportunities to students. Remember that if you are working with the II you need to still complete PV required paperwork and expectations.
Job Corps - A program administered by the US Dept of Labor which offers free education and vocational training to young men and women ages 16-24. There are two locations in Iowa, Dennison and Ottumwa - careers at each facility vary and if your career is not available at either Iowa location you can apply for one in another part of the US. If you would like more information see Mrs Johnson in the Career Center or talk to your counselor.

Career OneStop - Is sponsored by the Dept of Labor to help individuals who have disabilities with resources ranging from: when to disclose a disability, job accommodations and other workplace skills.
