Team Information

Mission Statement:

The Pleasant Valley Boys Swim Team’s mission is to advance the level of competition amongst the team, within the sport, and to represent the school and community in a positive light.

All practices are mandatory

• 3 lates = 1 unexcused

• 3 unexcused = removal from team

You must have all forms completed and up to date with the athletic office prior to the first day of practice.

Files include: Physical form, Parent Waiver, & Concussion Form

All forms are attached in pdf below, or can be picked up in the athletic office.
