Affirmations are positive messages and sentences we can tell ourselves. It's a way to motivate ourselves. They spark encouragement. Thinking in a happy way helps create happy behaviors.

Mindfulness

What is mindfulness? 

It's the practice of being in the moment, of greatly focusing on something. It involves taking the time to slow down to be in the present. It takes time and practice. The more you practice mindfulness, the more it becomes part of your life and routine.

Friendships

Building and having positive friendships is an important part of life and learning. Having friends to interact with and trust creates connections and a sense of belonging. It also extends your support system for when you need someone to talk to. Having positive social interactions not only helps in school, but it's a lifelong experience.
