As School Counselors, we practice confidentiality. Confidentiality means that what you talk about with your School Counselor, stays with them. Keep in mind that there are exceptions where confidentiality may be breached:

PUSD has made an agreement with Care Solace, which is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health related programs and counseling services, covered by your specific insurance provider.
