PE Clothes

PLEASE READ ALL

ALL STUDENTS NEED A DEDICATED PAIR OF BOTTOMS AND TOP FOR THEIR PE CLASS AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO DRESS INTO THOSE CLOTHES PRIOR TO THEIR PE CLASS

ACTUAL STUDENT DRESS OUT WILL BEGIN AFTER OUR INITIAL PE UNITS

(September 15)

ALL students are required to have a dedicated PAIR OF BOTTOMS AND A SHIRT. It is acceptable if your student prefers to wear sweats for their bottoms but they can be uncomfortable when the weather turns hotter. All other purchases, such as HOODYS & SWEAT BOTTOMS are optional. Depending on the student's size, they may need to purchase either a "youth size" or "adult size". Once students receive their clothing, they should write their names (in permanent ink) on each piece of clothing.

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN ORDERING, NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS COME IN "YOUTH" AND "ADULT" SIZES AND THE ITEM # IS DIFFERENT FOR YOUTH STYLES AND ADULT STYLES. YOUTH SIZES ARE LIMITED (AS THEY TEND TO RUN SMALL - so choosing a larger size is always a good option).

PLEASE TAKE STRONG CONSIDERATION WHEN ORDERING AS WE DO NOT CARRY A LARGE INVENTORY OF CLOTHING FOR EXCHANGES.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS - THE PROCESS

ALL ORDERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 15
FUTURE FUND WILL NOT OFFER PE CLOTHING PAST THAT DATE

1) VISIT FUTURE FUND ON THE HARVEST PARK WEBSITE AND GO TO THE "STORE" SECTION OF THE PAGE

2) LOCATE PE CLOTHING LINKS

3) PURCHASE (AT LEAST) A PAIR OF BOTTOMS AND A TOP - ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE INCREMENTAL

4) IF POSSIBLE, WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE MULTIPLE (IN CASE YOUR CHILD IS PRONE TO MISPLACING THEIR CLOTHING)

5) AFTER ORDERING PERIOD IS COMPLETE, WE COMPILE A LIST FOR DISTRIBUTION PURPOSES

6) CLOTHING IS DISTRIBUTED ON SITE DURING PE CLASS APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AFTER

7) THE PE DEPARTMENT WILL DEDICATE A WEEK TO ISSUE THE CLOTHING AT SCHOOL DURING YOUR STUDENT'S PE PERIOD - CLOTHING WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME!!!

PURCHASING

PRIOR TO SCHOOL YEAR - ALL PURCHASES can be made through Future Fund Store (located on the Harvest Park Middle School Homepage).

DURING SCHOOL YEAR - once Future Fund closes, students can purchase (vintage/new based on supply) PE clothing through their respective PE teacher (we cannot guarantee orders will be processed in a timely fashion if you go through another channel/department). Your student will be given a receipt (to take home) and issued the clothing through their teacher.
