A little about me...
I received my Baking and Pastry Certificate from the California Culinary Academy in SF and then my BS in Nutrition and Food Science at SJSU. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and have previously worked in bakeries, restaraunts and long term care facilities in the bay area.
I love teaching culinary and watching the students learn skills that they will use their entire lives:)
My husband and I have 2 little boys that attend PUSD.
