Welcome to Baking and Pastry at Amador Valley High School!
Our classroom has six kitchens for hands-on learning and delicious food-making. Students learn a wide range of culinary skills including mixing methods, food safety and sanitation, proper measurements, etc... that will prepare them for independence in the kitchen and offer an introduction of skills needed for a career in the foods industry.
