We are so lucky that our school was granted free access to ALL the BrainPop and BrainPop Jr videos and activities!
Use this link to go to Brain Pop (grades 3-8), and kids in grades K-2 can then find the link to Brain Pop Jr or Brain Pop ELL! Log in info is below.
If you have it as an app on your iPad or other device, you will only have access to a few videos unless you properly log in with the same info:

Roxy and I went on a hike! Maybe you and your family can go too! Watch this video to learn about some of the plants and other cools things you might see along the way to Little Yosemite on the Alameda Creek Trail.
Grades 1-5 have been watching our rainbow trout eggs hatch and start going through their life cycle. Unfortunately, we won't be able to have the "Trout Release Party" we were planning this year, but you can still learn about the trout... because chances are, we will do it again next year! :)
When the trout are large enough to be released, I will have to go by myself to do it. If possible, I will record it and post a video here so you all can see them be let go in one of our nearby lakes or creeks.
Here are some videos to watch and other activities to help you learn more about the rainbow trout.
I had to do it! They were old enough, so I had to release the trout into the lake at Shadow Cliffs! I was bummed that you couldn't all come along, but at least I made a video!
I stopped by the science lab today to check on our trout... and look what I found!
Mrs. Holder read this book in some classes, but in case you missed it... here it is again...
Here's a great video that explains the life cycle of salmon. The fish we are raising in the science lab aren't salmon, but are Rainbow Trout. However, their life cycles and habits are very similar. Check this out!
Super short video showing Rainbow Trout eggs like ours hatching!
