Greetings PTA Leaders of Pleasanton!

Thank you for stepping up to to serve and be part of an organization that strives to make a positive impact on children and families.

What is Pleasanton PTA Council? Basically, we are here to help you (PTA's at each school) get a firm handle on the PTA basics so you can get on to the fun and meaningful stuff of positively impacting the lives of children and families.

In a perfect world, every PTA officer attends one of several training sessions before their term begins. Besides learning how to mitigate risk for your unit and officers, attending PTA training is empowering and opens your eyes to the power of PTA outside of your unit- and council- bubble.

There are other ways to learn! We've curated a collection of online resources on the Board Basics page to help you figure out the least you need to know to be successful, but nothing can take the place of attending live training so please make an effort to attend.

The Rosters page is meant to make it easy for you to connect with other PTA leaders in Pleasanton because we really are all in this together! Data is pulled from PTAEZ + various PTA website in August. If something doesn't look right and you are unable to make the change yourself, drop me a note at president@pleasantonpta.org describing what needs to be changed.
