How to Book

PLC Sydney has implemented RollCall for our private bus services.  RollCall is an online Bus Service portal that will replace our old paper-based and online form bookings.

RollCall has the following features:

RollCall is designed with the safety of children at its heart.  The latest technology has been harnessed to manage the movements of children on and off buses during daily commutes.

The Parent Portal provides each family with a secure, password-protected method of managing their RollCall bookings and notifications.

Each student registered for bus travel will be provided with a unique bus tag and lanyard which should be permanently attached to her school bag.  The tag is required to tap on and off the bus (similar to the Opal system).

Please note: PLC Sydney reserves the right to cancel your booking if your daughter is not using the service on the days you have reserved. This makes the seat available for other students. PLC Sydney cannot guarantee you a place on the bus.

To request access to the RollCall system so that you can book your daughter/s onto a PLC Sydney private bus please contact Admin Services on adminservice@plc.nsw.edu.au.

Please include your daughter's full name and year group in your inquiry and whether she is a new or existing bus user. 

You will then be sent a welcome to RollCall email with instructions on how to sign into the system.

Payment for Bus Travel

Payment for bus travel is only accepted through PayPal via your Rollcall account.  

All bus services are PAYG and a flat rate of $7.50 per trip. Please create a PayPal account if you do not already have one. No other forms of payment will be accepted.  Please ensure that there is enough credit added to your account to cover your daughter/s bus trips throughout the term.

New bus tags are $15.00 each. 

If your daughter loses her tag please email adminservice@plc.nsw.edu.au.

Replacement bus tag and/or /lanyard: $8.50 each.  The fee will be added to your RollCall account.

Cancellations

If your daughter is unable to travel at her booked time, please cancel the booking using the Roll Call App. Cancellations can be made up until the start of your designated route pick up time on the day of travel. Afternoon bookings can be cancelled any time before 3.00 pm.  Cancelled booking will not be charged. 

Please note however that if the booking is NOT cancelled prior and your daughter does not travel, the trip will be charged to your daughter's Roll Call account.
