PRIVATE BUS SERVICE

About the Private Bus Service

PLC Sydney provides a Private Bus Service for all PLC Sydney students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. Each bus has been chartered and branded with PLC Sydney signage and operates during term time. Drop off and pick up is from the College. The morning bus run delivers students to school between 8.00-8.15 am and the *afternoon bus run departs at either 3.15 pm or 5.15 pm (depending on the route).  Please note that Evandale girls are accompanied to and from their campus upon arrival and departure.

Cost

Each student registered for bus travel will be provided with a unique bus tag and lanyard which should be permanently attached to her school bag.  The tag is required to tap on and off the bus (similar to the Opal system).

All bus services are PAYG and a flat rate of $7.50 per trip.

New bus tags: $15.00 each, with a replacement tag or lanyard $8.50.

Additional Charges

From Week 2 of Term 3, 2023 the following additional charges will be deducted from your roll call account in the event of:

Cancellations

If your daughter is unable to travel at her booked time, please cancel the booking using the Roll Call App.

Cancellations for the morning trips can be made up until the start of your designated route pick up time on the day of travel. Afternoon bookings can be cancelled at any time before 3.00 pm.

Cancelled booking will not be charged.

Please note that if the booking is NOT cancelled prior and your daughter does not travel, the trip will be charged to your daughter's Roll Call account.
