SENIOR SCHOOL: TRANSITION CLASS
Dear Families,
The Transition Program has been an important part of PLC Sydney for over 20 years, and is a dedicated special education integration program that helps develop the academic, independent living and social skills of Years 7–12 girls with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities.
We are delighted to welcome your daughter to the Transition Class in 2026.
To ensure we have everything in place for her start next year, we ask that you complete the forms available via the red buttons below.

All information is collected online. There is no need to print, sign, or deliver any forms.

Transition Class Orientation Program - Monday 17 to Wednesday 19 November
Ms O'Brien will provide more information about the orientation program closer to November. Please save these dates in your calendar.
2025 Transition Class Awards Night - Wednesday 26 November, from 5.00 pm
Our annual Transition Awards Night is a celebration of our Transition Class students. New families and past students are very welcome to join us for this special event.
