The registration procedure is a two-step procedure.
1. Registration should be done by filling in the registration form and sending it via mail to EDM2023@botanicgardenmeise.be
2. Payment should be done by using the following link
This will bring you directly to the ticketing site of Meise Botanic Garden. Please follow the indicated steps and use this "How To" to help you.
Creating an account on the site will allow you to receive immediately an invoice. Invoices will be added to the conference bag.
Due to the requirement of the Belgian tax law, we are obliged to include 21% VAT for the registration fees. Prices on the registration form already include this 21%.
Please be aware that registration and abstract submission are independent on the website.
Colleagues that want to present a lecture or poster are kindly asked to check the abstract submission page.
