Want to see and learn more about PHS? Prospective students are invited to visit our school and spend the day shadowing one of our students. Please complete the Shadow Request Form and a member of the counseling department will contact you to set up a visit date.

Working papers are available in the Attendance Office or the Guidance Office for those who are sixteen years of age or older and who present a birth certificate and a “Promise to Employ” form properly signed by the employer.
