Since February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness month, Sheltering Wing's Youth Council encourages students to sign their "Pinky Promise Pledge". By signing the Pledge, students are promising to maintain relationships that are based on respect, equality, trust and honest communication. They will also be entered to win Youth Council's giveaway prize if they choose to sign the Pledge.

• SMART Period will begin with us conducting a lockdown drill. Teachers can review the plan with their students before it begins.

Grades 12: Academic Day

Grades 9-11: 22/23 Course Selections

SMART teachers should make sure students are going to PSchool and attempting to enter class selections tomorrow if they have not done so already. STUDENTS SHOULD GO TO "CLASS REGISTRATION" (left side of their PSchool main page). Counselors will be in the ellipse to answer general questions about the process or finding courses.

Students can go back and edit selections up until the 19th but all students are encouraged to get initial selections in tomorrow. Students can be reminded that they were emailed a copy of their Google plan form. They can email Mr. Owens if they cannot locate it.

Teachers may want to check out some of these resources to help answer questions about the process.
