I have been a member of the Clarks Creek Leadership Team since 2017, and this year I'm completing my ninth year on the team. Participating on the leadership team comes with responsibilities of discussing and planning upcoming events, discussing effectiveness of curriculum or routines In our school, sharing information with my team, and leading other committees throughout the year.

I also enjoy continuing my education with professional development conferences that keep me up to date on the newest insight on best practices in the classroom. I feel that as long as I'm teaching there will always be new things to learn. I don't want to ever get to a place where I am not interested in learning new, effective ways to reach my students.

Jennifer Judd SoR Part 1 PGPs.pdfI completed a voluntary 25 hour Science of Reading course through the Indiana Learning Lab in January 2024. I knew there was a shift happening with the Science of Reading, and I wanted to be informed of how I could implement the strategies with my students.
Jennifer Judd SoR Part 2 PGPs.pdfI completed the 80 hour Keys to Literacy Course in April 2025 and passed the Teacher Reading: Elementary Praxis test with a score of 189/200. I also passed the STEM in the Elementary Grades Praxis test in March 2024 with a score of 190/200. I added both the Early Literacy Endorsement and the Elementary STEM Endorsement to my license.
