For students with even mild learning or attentionissues, working independently in front of a computer or with packets of workmay be a challenge. In schools, these students may have para-educators to guide them or keep them on task. They may have opportunities for specialized academic instruction, in smaller groups, in specific content areas. They may have opportunities to work with specialists on individually developed IEP goals and objectives in order to help them to develop foundational skills. This section will provide guidance and resources for helping teachers design and deliver effective learning plans for these students.
