Intake Process Families/Couples
Gather info from client (Name, DOB, etc.) No need to collect insurance information
Get names and ages of other participants and put that information in as a contacts
Schedule an intake session. (9am Mon - Thu or 6pm Tue/Thu) - Note to client that these slots are for the intake only. This slot cannot be used for regular sessions moving forward. Also note, that future sessions are 50 minutes by default unless otherwise requested or recommended by the clinician
Tasks Allie in "Patrick & Admin" to send paperwork to client and notify both Allie and Patrick that a new client has been scheduled.
Intake Process for Individual

Schedule an intake session in any open for intake slot.
