Take call, while on the call:
Create chart with Patient Name & Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email
Gather insurance information and put into the Billing Settings in the chart
Add client on PCL
Schedule with Allie 3-5 days from the time of the call in Therapy Notes
After call:
Transfer Patient ID number to the chart from PCL
Upload intake forms onto portal and send welcome email from portal
Send Initial Email (including Appointment time with Allie) and save in chart as a contact note.
Check off appropriate boxes on PCL (chart created, insurance, paperwork, etc.)

Contact any intakes with missing paperwork
Ask Clinicians with intakes yesterday if the client needs to be contacted for scheduling
Task Tucker with those names to contact on Saturday for scheduling

Take out Trash
Check for mail (BA office)
Check on towel needs (BA office)
