Graduation Requirements: All students must complete at least 3.5 fcredits of math. NH requires that all graduates complete Algebra I AND at least 0.5 credits in Statistics/Data Analysis. Colleges and the SAT will expect students to also complete geometry and algebra II.
Math-Related Courses: NH requires that all students be enrolled in a math-related course each year they are in school. Math-related courses include all CRTC courses, all PMHS math courses, and some PMHS Science courses.
Remember - if you complete Introduction to Calculus before your senior year, consider taking Calculus at a local college or university!
*College Algebra is a dual enrollment course, but students who intend to pursue STEM majors need advanced math and calculus. Most colleges and universities will not consider college algebra as a math graduation credit.
*Calculus I is also a dual enrollment course.
*The full year Statistics course is also a dual enrollment course.
