While the Pitkin County Housing Team functions separately from APCHA, we highly recommend you look into their ownership and rental opportunities. To qualify, members of the household must prove they are working in Pitkin County full time.

Town of Snowmass Village Housing Department

Town of Snowmass Village Housing Department functions under the Town of Snowmass Village. They provide priority to those working in the Town of Snowmass Village, however, those working in Pitkin County can also qualify for housing in Snowmass Village. The offer both ownership and rental opportunities.

West Mountain Regional Housing Coalition (WMRHC)

The West Mountain Regional Housing Coalition is made up of municipal and private organizations to bring additional ownership opportunities to residents of the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys. Currently they offer only ownership programming through their Good Deeds program.
