They provide priority to those working in the Town of Snowmass Village, however, those working in Pitkin County can also qualify for housing in Snowmass Village. The West Mountain Regional Housing Coalition is made up of municipal and private organizations to bring additional ownership opportunities to residents of the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys. Currently they offer only ownership programming through their Good Deeds program.

The Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners contributed $450,000 towards a partnership with Habitat for Humanity. In return, Pitkin County employees may be able to get access to purchase one of the 88 subsidized units.
