Pitkin County offers a handful of program options available to employees to assist with their housing needs. This ranges from long term rental units, an overnight or "touchdown" unit, a down payment assistance purchase program, as well as a deed restriction purchase program. These programs function separately from the Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA).
