This system allows us to have specific definitions for job classes so we can ensure defined career paths, where applicable, and transparent compensation practices across the organization. Each job has a grade, with a minimum, midpoint and maximum amount that the County pays for that particular position. The ranges for the job grades can be found below in the Compensation Plans.
