Mission, Goals, and Objectives
The Santa Barbara City College School of Extended Learning ESL program helps adult immigrants make their American dream come true. We support students in getting a family sustaining job, helping their children in school, and leading a fulfilling life in the United States. A wide variety of tuition free classes from literacy to academic English, vocational English to citizenship preparation are offered in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria all year, both day and evening hours. We embrace diversity and cultivate multicultural exchanges in our classrooms.
