For educators interested in alternative certification pathways, our GaTAPP (Georgia Teacher Academy for Preparation and Pedagogy) and GaLAPP (Georgia Leader Academy for Preparation and Pedagogy) programs offer a structured and supportive route into teaching and Tier I educational leadership roles. The application window for these programs is open through May 31st. While we will continue to accept candidates as they are hired throughout the summer, we encourage those who are currently staffed to apply as soon as possible. Please note that we have a hard deadline of July 15th to meet GaPSC requirements.
