A whitelist is a list of approved or safe URLs or IP addresses that can help determine whether a webpage can be accessed. Our Online Learning system may need to be whitelisted by your IT team to ensure you can access your course at all times.

The following URLs should be whitelisted:

• elearning.pinnaclesafety.com.au

• api.pinsafe.catalyst-au-bbb.net

• greenlight.pinsafe.catalyst-au-bbb.net

• bbb.pinnaclesafety.com.au

Additionally, your IT team may need to ensure that you're able to download the following Microsoft file types:

• .docx

• .xlsx

• .pptx
