Homework

Lately a large number of students have been coming to school without their homework completed.   Homework is listed here and in their planners which are stamped by me.  Please make sure your student is completing homework.   

Many of these assignments will be entered for a grade. Ten points are deducted for every day it is late, and after 3 days it is not accepted.  Please see the grading policy under Classes/Assignments and Schedule for more information.

Students may have some time to work on homework in class.  If it is not done, these assignments will be due the next day.

Starting 1/16, iReady will be entered for a grade every two weeks.  Students must complete 2 reading and 2 math lessons at 80% or higher to receive full credit on the iReady grades.  They will have time to complete these lessons in class.

ELA 12.2, 12.3 (12.3 is due on Tuesday.  Students may have some time on Monday)

Students must also complete 2 lessons in iReady for math at 80% or higher and 2 lessons in Reading at 80% or higher and have 45 minutes of work time in each. They also should have at least 3 green lights in Reflex for the week.  We will use some time in class to work on these assignments.  Most students should be able to complete iready in class.  However, some students may need additional time at home to finish lessons.
