Our First Field Trip

Families!

I am excited to announce that our first field trip of the school year will take place on September 15th!

This will be an in-house field trip, so students will enjoy the experience right here on our school grounds. Since the field trip will take place at school, parent volunteers will not be needed.

Permission slips will be sent home this week. The cost of the field trip will be under $10, and payment along with the completed permission slip will be due by September 8th.

We as a grade level are looking forward to a fun and exciting experience for our students and can’t wait to share this special day with them!

Snacks

When packing your child’s lunch each day, please remember to include a snack. I do my best to provide snacks for students who may not have one, but our classroom supply can run low.

If you are willing to make a snack donation to our classroom, please let me know! I try to be mindful of dietary restrictions and choose snacks that are enjoyable for many of our students. Some examples include fruit gummies, chewy granola bars, and individual small bags of Goldfish crackers.

Misc.

• Please ensure your student arrives each day in uniform, equipped with their bookbag and a packed lunch. 

• If your child is absent, please email or send in a note so I can ensure the absence is coded correctly.

• If you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year, please don't hesitate to email me. I am happy to help and look forward to working with you and your child!

• Transportation changes need to be submitted to me in writing, email is best. Or if emergency change please contact the front office.
