Homework packets will be sent home the first day of each week. Students will be expected to complete these and should be returned in your child’s homework folder each Friday (or on Thursday if we are out on Friday). Your child will receive a grade based on the completion of the homework packet.

• Please plan to assist your child with homework by checking to be sure it is complete, neat and correct.

• Homework should ALWAYS BE COMPLETED WITH A PENCIL unless directions are given otherwise.

• Please plan to read to/with your child for 10 minutes each night as part of their nightly homework.

Please remember that homework is a portion of your child’s academic grade. Homework packets must be returned complete and on time for your child to earn credit toward this portion of his/her grade. Your child will receive a grade based on the completion of the homework packet. Please make sure that your child is completing the work independently, with little help from an adult.
